Eden Nature Park & Resort - Toril Davao City

I been living in Davao City for many years but luckily, just last month I got a trip to Eden Nature Park. The place was so amazing. I never thought it to be so much amazing in many ways.

First, the park was so green. It really defines the "nature park" they've said. You can smell fresh air which is priceless. I appreciated how they preserved the nature ambiance that looked so stunning.  It's not just a park for kids to enjoy, taking a long walk but they offer even more than that.

You'll need to hike a little to get to the camp site. You'll never get tired as you can see beautiful views while walking ahead.

Eden Nature Park is said to be 3,000 feet above sea level. So it is overlooking. You can almost see the whole Davao City which is very stunning to look the lights at night.

There's so much you can do in Eden Nature Park and Resort. You can go swimming, fishing, go look around for some nice park views and garden views. And they have zip lines for people who love adrenaline rush.

For fishing, you can bring your own fishing rod if you have. You can also rent fishing rod for only PHP40.00 and they charge your catch per kilo. Fishing is available from 8:00am to 5:00pm daily.

For zip lines, it is a must try really. Well if you do like being lifted many feet from the ground. It's a great feeling to conquer your fear.  The zip line cost is PHP150.00 each. Available Mondays to Thursdays at 1:00pm to 4:00pm and Fridays to Sundays at 8:30am to 4:00pm.

Don't forget to visit Lola's Garden to see wishing well, Mayumi, beatifuk flowers, herbs and vegetable beds.

Entrance Fees
Lunch
P470 for adults & P300 for children
Snacks
P200 for adults & P170 for children

For more information, please check Eden Nature Park and Resort official website at www.edennaturepark.com.ph

How To Get There

From Davao City proper, you can take a PUJ (Route: Toril) and drop off at Chowking or Mercury Drug at Toril. From the stop over, there are lots of motorcycle that would take you to Eden Nature Park. They asked PHP100.00 each (one way)

You can get a taxi cab if you prefer to have a comfortable ride going to Eden Nature Park. And it's a good advise to hire a cab for your entire trip so that you won't be having a hard time finding a vehicle to get back to town.

Forest Hill Resort in Davao City

Recently my weekdays were a full blast, as in stress overloaded, unfinished tasks, so much to do and so little time I had. So to break stress without traveling too far, I decided to try Forest Hill Resort together with my friends.

I wanted to make a swimming routine for exercise for at least once a month, and if you do have a plan like mine, you can try Forest Hill Resort. The water is deep and the pool is wide where you can be breathless swimming back and fort.

There's a pool intended for kids too. They will surely enjoy those slides and mini fountains. Aside from that, the area is wide too. When we went there, it wasn't very crowded, that's why I can justify the place very well.

They have affordable foods. You can bring foods and drinks  if you want but they have corkage fee for that. To see rates and corkage fess, please check their official website at http://foresthilldavao.com/rates.html
